Houston-based Gardner Denver Petroleum & Industrial Pumps (P&IP) said it has expanded its parts replacement business for drilling, well servicing and frac pumps to cover the Middle East market.
Its service and support, Parts on Demand (POD) programme is utilised in over 100 customer sites in North America and now the Middle East, the company said.
This program facilitates efficient management of replacement inventory at its customer’s regional locations, facilities or well sites. Gardner Denver P&IP has the largest inventory in after-market parts and consumables, and now, through the POD program, it can guarantee customers will always have the parts they need when needed.
“At Gardner Denver P&IP, we listen to our customers when they voice their concerns and maximising uptime seemed to be a consistent theme. By tailoring a solution, like the Parts on Demand program, we are able to help our customers successfully accomplish their day-to-day operations,” said Jeremy Holberg, director of aftermarket at Gardner Denver.
Petroleum & Industrial Pumps (P&IP), a division of Gardner Denver, has been designing petroleum and industrial pumps for the global oil and gas industry.
